The Gift of Good

A quiet goodbye, made possible by you.

I get it, you get asked to give a LOT!
Donations. Sponsorships. Logos. Exposure...

Every day, another pitch. Another promise of visibility.

This isn’t that.
This is quiet.
This is human.
This is something good, for someone who has no one left to ask.

There’s a moment that happens often in hospice.
It’s quiet. It’s private. And it stays with you.

A patient, nearing the end, asks a question:

“What will happen to me when I’m gone?”

Sometimes, there’s a family. A plan. A place. But other times… there’s nothing.

No relatives.
No money.
No final wish.
No one.

And in those moments, it falls on a hospice worker to gently explain that their ashes will be held. That if no one claims them, they’ll be buried in a mass grave.

No name.
No gravestone.
No marker.
No goodbye.
These aren’t just technicalities.
They’re heartbreaks.

Hospice workers do what they can.
They light candles.
Make calls.
Write notes.
But when there’s no one left to carry the weight, they carry it themselves.

That's where we step in, when everything else is done. After the forms are signed, their room has been cleaned out and the question still lingers:
“Is that it? Everything? Gone?”

We scatter ashes in the peaceful places they chose.
We keep quiet records.
We create moments of closure for those who would otherwise leave this world with none.

And we give hospice workers something to offer when they usually have nothing left to give.

This is not a campaign.
It’s not an ad.
It’s not a public act of generosity.

It’s a final kindness for someone who had no one left to ask.

With your support, we can give hospice workers a way to say “You won’t be forgotten. We’ve made sure of it.”

You can help carry that promise.
You can lift that weight.
You can do something quietly good.
